All return items must receive with in 10-Day's after (RMA) issue, in their original packaging with all original accessories . If any part(s) of the unit is missing, you will be charge for the replacement of the parts. All units must be shipped together with a copy of Invoice or Packing slip in their original box. All physical (case) damage is not cover by warranty. We are not responsible for loss of data or files, please backup before shipping. Please note all return items without a copy of invoice or packing slip will hold until you contact us.
